Revlon Colorburst Lipgloss in Strawberry! Swatch and Review

Hi guys!

Today I'm reviewing Revlon's Colorburst Lipgloss in Strawberry. I'm a big fan of Revlon lip products, seeing as their lipsticks are absolutely amazing, and they can manage a decent lipgloss. I own another of the Colorburst lipglosses in Bordeaux, which is radically different from Strawberry in many ways.

To start off, Strawberry is one of the few glitter glosses in the Colorburst line. Most of the colors are creamy (Bordeaux among them) and richer in color payoff. Strawberry has a sheerer effect and delivers more sparkle than it does color.

The color is definitely warmer and will therefore suit those with yellow undertones better, but I think it will be lovely on a wide variety of skin tones because it is so sheer. The glitter is, however, a problem. The lipgloss itself does not feel gritty when you put it on or throughout the day, but I did find rogue bits of glitter that had transferred over to the edges of the lips.
It wasn't a deal-breaker for me, seeing as the lipgloss itself delivers sparkle and a hint of color without being gritty or sticky.

Have you tried the Colorburst line?
xoxo Fanii
