theBalm Stainiac in Beauty Queen: Swatches and Review!

Hello, everyone!

Today's product is a very very very VERY nice one! :) This is the Stainiac lip and cheek stain from theBalm. This is the kind of product that is indispensable during summer time because it's versatile, natural, and compact!

So. If you thought Benefit's Benetint came in weird packaging, this one's even weirder. I don't really know what I expect from a lip and cheek stain, but a nail polish brush and lipgloss wand definitely aren't it... I think I've always thought of stains in the form of Tarte's bulky sticks, but Stainiac has been working wonderfully for me as is!

So what's the deal with stains anyway? I'm glad you asked, baby angels. Stains are magical, magical things that let you go in the pool and drink your fizzy drink and still look like a berry-eating goddess. They look so natural that they practically coined the term "no-makeup makeup." So shyah. They're a big deal.

Look at that stain! Ahmahzing. I love this thing! It usually works a bit better when I'm wearing a bit of concealer on my face, I think it blends out a bit better and looks more natural. It lasts nearly all day on me, which is always a plus, and it's not a pain to remove at night, which I also appreciate. Yay!

What do you think of stains? Awesome, or too much technology? (Baack in maahh dayy... We use tah pinch our cheeks uphillll in the snooowww with no shoes onnnn)
